To appeal, reply to our written response with the basis for your appeal, and we will respond in writing within sixty (60) days of receiving the appeal. If the appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Virginia Attorney General's Office at https://www.oag.state.va.us/.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
